Get a quick overview of how to navigate the Merchant Dashboard through its main sections.

Main navigation sections

The Merchant Dashboard, as pictured below, has 3 main navigation sections:

  1. 1.Main menu

  2. 2.Top bar

  3. 3.Transactions list

1. Main Menu

This section displays the main functionalities of the dashboard:

  1. 1.Transactions: Payins transactions listing and detailed view. Refunds for paid transactions can be performed through this page.

  2. 2.Refunds: Refunds listing and detail view. To create a new refund, search for the transaction to be refunded in the Transactions page.

  3. 3.Chargebacks: Displays the chargeback notifications received by dLocal, along with chargeback details and statuses. Chargebacks can be disputed from this page.

  4. 4.Payouts: Main section for payouts. There are 3 sub-pages:a. Payouts list: Displays all the payouts instructions received by dLocal.b. On-hold payouts: Allows you to review and process on-hold payouts.c. Batch uploads: Lists all the batch file uploads and the results of each upload.

  5. 5.Balance: Displays the available balance.

  6. 6.Issuing: Main section for Issuing. There are 5 sub.pages: a. Cardholders: displays all the cardholders of the merchant account, b. Batch Transfers: allows you to send disbursements to cards vía .csv. c. Batch Uploads: list all the batch files uploads and the results of each upload. d. Transfers: displays all the disbursements made by the merchant to the cardholders. e. Transactions: list all the cardholder's transactions.

  7. 7.Settings: Allows users to configure their dLocal account: a.General settings: Allows configuring the general account settings (e.g. contact emails, company details). b. Bank Settings: Allows configuring the destination accounts for funds withdrawals along with automatic withdrawal instructions. c. Integration settings: Allows developers to review and configure the integration details. Users & permissions: Allows creating and managing the dashboard user accounts.

2. Top bar

On the top bar you can see information related to the merchant and user account.

  1. 1.Selected account: Drop Down allows you to switch among enabled accounts.

  2. 2.Active user: email address from the active user is displayed.

  3. 3.Profile: active user profile.

  4. 4.‘Logout’ button: which uncovers by clicking on on the menu icon.

3. Transactions list

The transactions list section allows you to easily find and review all transactions.

  1. 1.Date selectors and query filters: filter transactions view by date and other queries ( find all searching and filtering details in Transactions section)

  2. 2.Transaction amount totals

  3. 3.List of transactions: list of individual transactions
