Hello! Here is a quick guide on how to use our Customer Success team's widget in order to create tickets concerning any issues, questions or transactional data you may require from our team.

Step 1:

Log in into your Merchant Dashboard. On the bottom right corner you'll find a green icon..... click on it!

Step 2:

Once opened, click on "send us a message". You will then be able to choose between different topics.

Step 3:

Select the topic that better relates to your type of inquiry and generate the ticket. The more information you give about your issue, the fastest we will be able to resolve your ticket!

Step 4:

Once you submit the ticket, you will receive a confirmation and further updates at your email. You may also follow up on the progress or send any other message at the same widget on the section "Tickets".

Step 5:

When your ticket is resolved, you'll get a brief evaluation survey for our team to rate their response time, proactiveness and quality of the solution. To help us keep improving please give us your feedback 🙏.
