Get a quick overview of how to navigate the Merchant Dashboard and locate key features.

Overview

The Merchant Dashboard is your central hub for managing all your payment operations. It’s organized into three main sections:

  1. Sidebar (Main Menu)

  2. Top bar

  3. Section Content Area

Let’s walk through what each one does and how to use them.


1. Sidebar / Main Menu

The Sidebar is the primary way to navigate across the Dashboard. It shows different sections depending on your user role and the features enabled for your account.

Use tip

You can collapse the sidebar using the small arrow at the bottom to gain more screen space.

Available Sections

Here are the features you might see in the sidebar:

  • Global search

    Locate specific Payins transactions (Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks) across all accounts assigned to the user's profile by invoice.

  • Transactions
    View all your incoming payments (payins). You can refund paid transactions and perform capture actions here.

  • Refunds
    See a list of refunds and their details.

  • Chargebacks
    Check chargeback notifications and dispute them directly.

  • Payouts
    Manage outgoing payments. This section includes:

    • Payouts list

    • On-hold payouts

    • Batch uploads

  • Balance
    Monitor your account balance and related activity:

    • Balance Report: Shows a timeline of balance changes with details on inflows and outflows.

    • Withdrawals: Lets you view, request, and manage manual or automatic fund withdrawals.

    • Cleared Transactions: Lists all transactions that have already impacted your account balance.

    • Credit and Debit Notes: Displays adjustments made to your balance.

  • Reports
    Generate and schedule custom reports based on filters and columns you choose.

  • Platforms Subaccounts (for Platforms clients only)
    View and manage your subaccounts (sellers), including split transactions and configurations.

  • Payment Links
    Create and manage payment links.

  • Invoice Collection
    Issue and manage invoice payment requests.

  • Settings
    Configure key account settings:

    • Account: General and legal info, contact emails, documentation.

    • Bank: Bank accounts used for withdrawals.

    • Users & Permissions: Add, edit, or remove users and assign roles.

  • Developers
    Manage integrations and monitor API activity:

    • API logs

    • Integration: Access credentials, IP whitelists, and endpoint settings.

    • Documentation
      Quick access to our developer documentation.


2. Top Bar

The Top Bar shows information about your account and lets you switch between accounts easily.

  • Account Selector
    Use the dropdown to switch between accounts, search for specific ones, or go to “All accounts view” to see everything available to you.

  • User Menu
    View profile info, change your password, and manage your 2FA (two-factor authentication). You can also log out here.


3. Section Content

This is the main area where you'll work.

Depending on the section, you might see:

  • Tables with transactions or payouts

  • Forms to submit new requests (e.g., reports, refunds)

  • Configuration pages for settings and integrations

  • Logs or documentation tools

Everything adapts depending on the task you're performing.


Tip

If you’re not seeing a certain section, it might be because:

  • Your role doesn’t include access to it

  • That feature isn’t enabled on your account

Ask your admin or our support team if you think something is missing.
