Use the global search to quickly find transactions across all your accounts without switching manually.

Overview

Global Search helps you quickly find any transaction, no matter which of your accounts it belongs to. All from a single search bar.

How it works

Just start typing a reference ID, invoice number, user document, or user email, and the dashboard will automatically search across all your accounts.

  1. If the transaction is in your current account, you’ll be taken directly to its details.

  2. If it belongs to a different account, the system switches automatically and opens the transaction there.

This saves time and avoids the need to switch between accounts manually.

Results depend on your user role and account permissions.

Some data may not be visible to all users.

What you can search

Start typing at least 4 characters to trigger the search. Real-time suggestions will appear as you type. You can type any of the following values:

Reference ID

Searches by prefix. Type the beginning of the reference number.

Also prefix-based. Useful for finding invoices without typing the full ID.

National ID or document number associated with the user.

User email

Email address of the user. Can search by the first few characters.

💡 Tip: Prefix searches are helpful when you don’t remember the full ID, just start with the first few characters.

Understanding the search results

Each result includes key details to help you confirm the right transaction before opening it:

Field

Description

Payment / Refund / Chargeback

Indicates the type of transaction.

Invoice

The merchant’s invoice or order ID, linked to your internal system.

Country

The country of payment, shown by a flag and code (e.g., 🇧🇷 BR for Brazil).

Payment method

The method used, such as Visa, Mastercard, Pix, or Boleto.

Status

The current status (e.g., Paid, Pending, Rejected, Refunded).

ID

The account ID where the transaction was found. This helps you identify which merchant account the transaction belongs to especially useful if you manage multiple accounts.


Limitations (Preview version)

  • Only Payins transactions are supported for now.

  • Searches are limited to the last 90 days.

  • Other sections will be added in future updates.

  • Results may vary depending on your role and account permissions.
