The transactions list

  1. 1.Transaction details: You can click on the linked reference to see transaction details

  2. 2.Sort listing by date: By clicking on ‘Creation date’ field at the top you can sort the listing by date.By clicking again you can switch between decreasing and increasing order.

Details view overview

The details view allows you to access a deeper level of details about the transaction you are reviewing.

  1. 1.Related transactions: Easily check related transactions. The detail view includes an easy access to other transactions related to the one you are reviewing. For example, the original transaction that generated a refund.

  2. 2.‘i’ tooltips: Hover over the ‘i’ tooltips to get an explanation of what information is the field showing.

Searching and filtering transactions

This section introduces the main searching and filtering tools for transactions:

a. Date selection: different ways to select the time span for your transactions

b. Filtering queries: discover the different filtering options you can use to better access the data you need

c. Exporting reports to CSV: Export the data shown in the dashboard

a. Date selection

  1. 1.Date selection: Active date selection is displayed here. Click over it to edit selection.

  2. 2.Selected date span: It is also displayed in the URL.

  3. 3.Displayed date selection: Select from and to dates to establish displayed date selection.

  4. 4.Quick time-span selector: Select predefined standard options for faster navigation

b. Filtering queries

  1. 1.Suggested filtering: Start typing your query and you will see suggested filtering options associated to the input keyword.

  2. 2.Selected filter: When you select a filter, it will be listed next to the ‘Filters’ field.

Only transactions that match selected filter are displayed. I.e.: payments with status = REFUNDED

c. Exporting reports to CSV

Step 1

Export’ button: Once you’ve filtered the relevant data, click on the ‘Export’ button.

Step 2

List email address: Add email address/es where you want to receive the report.

Step 3

Receive link to report: An email is instantly sent with a link to the report. You may also click on “link” to download the CSV file.

Step 4

Open CSV file: This file contains your detailed report.

Getting Proof of Payments

Proof of Payments are pdf files you can share with your customers as confirmation that the transaction has been completed successfully. Rejected and pending transactions will not generate a proof of payment.

Step 1. First, on your dashboard go to Transactions for Payins.

Some of these options may not be available on your Dashboard, this depends on the terms and conditions on your contract.

Step 2. Click on the blue Reference number for each transaction.

Step 3. To download your Proof of Payment click the green button at the bottom right that reads 'Download receipt'.
